Gradam Tomás Mac Giolla Phádraig

Rush National School were invited to enter into a new initiative; Gradam Tom Fitz. This is a project based competition in which schools are asked to complete a digital/hardcopy project on how they promote Gaelic Games and athletics in their school.

The competition is in honour of former Cumann na mBunscol secretary Tom Fitzpatrick. Tom promoted Gaelic Games and athletics for nearly 30 years, but sadly passed away last year ‘Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h’anam dílis’.

A special mention goes to 6th class pupil Jake Lipman who is a whizz with tech. He greatly assisted the video creation. Enjoy watching our entry!
